The EGAKU Program conducted at INTILAQ Tohoku Innovation Center in Sendai as an integral part of a training seminar aimed at reexamining one's Being. The theme of the program was "What Drives Me to Action." Being, an aspect of the Harvard Business School's concept of "Knowing, Doing, and Being," refers to the significance of Being (self-awareness) alongside Knowing (knowledge) and Doing (action). For the participants involved in entreprneurship, the time allowed them to reflect on their being and create a foundation for their future goals.
